JOB SUMMARY: The recruiter will be responsible for assigned positions within the healthcare system that will deliver all facets of recruitment.
The recruiter will achieve talent acquisition through the development of recruiting and selection strategies for sourcing that address the current and future workforce needs at the hospital and regional level. The recruiter will identify the best active/passive candidates for their openings and will coordinate and track interviews. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure that recruiting practice meet the organization's needs.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1.Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
2.A minimum of 3 years of progressively increasing responsibility within Healthcare Talent Acquisition or relatable healthcare recruitment experience.
3.Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to cultivate and manage effective relationships with a wide range of individuals across the organization are a must.
4.Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.
5.Experience recruiting passive candidates.
6.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs required.
7.Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, confidentiality, and time management skills required.
