We have an immediate opening for a Recruiting Manager, to provide recruiting support to the Eastern Missouri services offices, St. Louis, MO and O'Fallon, MO.
The Recruiting Manager is primarily responsible for the recruiting and hiring of field staff (LPNS, RNs) to care for our Pediatric clients in their home. Responsibilities include receiving and processing employment inquiries, ad writing and placement, completing the full cycle hiring process from interview through orientation, maintaining personnel files, coordinating in-services, training and representing BAYADA at job fairs.

Using a variety of tools, source, screen, track, and recommend qualified candidates
Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex Internet searches and research
Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases
Identify and develop creative methodologies for sourcing a diverse group of high quality candidates
Develop extensive pipeline candidate pools to fill current and potential needs
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business needs
Monitor success of position postings based on the volume and quality of candidates
Creatively and pro-actively mine social media, networking sites, user groups, passive candidates
Facilitate on-site open houses
Attend off-site career fairs
Gain an understanding of each individual office's staffing needs within the division
Build strong internal and external relationships and leverage opportunities for networking
Mentor and provide guidance to Recruiters within your division
Function as the divisional Subject Matter Expert for all recruiting and sourcing activities
Qualifications for Recruiting Manager include:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of one year of experience as a manager or associate in a home care service office, preferred
Previous experience recruiting and/or staffing required
Supervisory experience a plus with a strong record of leadership and goal achievement
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to be open to new ideas diverse points of view
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and objectives with creative and resourceful problem solving
Ability to relate to all functions of the organization and be a team player
Detail-oriented, organized, and flexible
Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
Willingness to travel to St. Louis, MO and O'Fallon, MO required
