About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated High Volume Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis for 3 to 6 months. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for our high-volume call center positions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1 to 3 years of recruiting experience who is proficient with Greenhouse.

Key
Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume call center roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
• Utilize Greenhouse ATS to track and manage candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Conduct high volumes of calls daily to engage and assess candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet established hiring targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and candidates efficiently.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
