The Recruiter will be responsible for supporting the day to day needs of recruiting.
- Support recruiting projects and initiatives, such as preparation and posting open roles to internal and external job boards, interview scheduling and providing follow-up correspondence to candidates.
- Serve as point-of-contact for candidates and interview teams regarding interview schedules, changes, etc.
- Support new hire on-boarding process including coordinating new hire start dates and scheduling new hire orientations.
- Review pre-employee paperwork for accuracy and completeness; manage candidate new hire paperwork (I-9, data forms, etc.) and ensure accurate filing in digital filing system.
- Support additional HR, Payroll and Recruiting-related tasks as necessary.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 1+ years supporting the full cycle recruiting process.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with solid grammar.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage data ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships and work with all levels across an organization.
- Able to handle confidential matters and sensitive data.
- Problem solving skills with a can-do attitude.
- A sense of urgency paired with a strong ability to prioritize multiple timelines and demands.
- Experience using social media campaigns to drive recruiting results.
- Experience in full cycle recruitment
