GHJ Search and Staffing serves as the recruitment division of GHJ, a prominent national accounting and advisory firm. Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. GHJ's relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand client's needs, attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential.

My client, a well-known nonprofit, is looking a temporary sourcing recruiter to support their recruitment team on a short-term basis.

The key responsibilities would be:

• Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods
• Send emails to sources or prospects
• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines effectively
• Track sourcing metrics and report on candidate development progress

The key skills and experience we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a sourcing recruiter in talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, platforms and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems are a plus)
• Previous experience sourcing in the nonprofit industry is highly preferred
• Paycom experience is a plus
