G2 Secure Staff, LLC is looking to fill its newest Recruiting opening position at the Bush International Airport(IAH). The Recruiter role will be responsible for marketing, recruiting, and hiring functions for assigned locations, including new start-up cities, seasonal hiring, troubled cities, and special needs determined by the HR team. Primary focus on maintaining the website employment postings, external and internal posting including electronic and ROP advertising, Job fairs, applicant screening,

QUALIFICATIONS:

A. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1.Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

2.Experience should include coordination of mass hiring events, screening from entry-level to Management positions

3.Proven track record of building positive relationships with managers across multiple locations

4.Intermediate skills in compliance, recruiting, retention, customer service, client relations, and communication skills, both written and verbal

5.Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint

6.Meet the necessary requirements to complete pre-employment screening and obtain a security-sensitive identification badge.

7.Multilingual skills are a plus

8.Previous ATS experience, ADP preferred

B. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Maintain and update the company website for all open positions, job descriptions, set up for new users, and all activities involving the employment portion of our web page.

2.Record, update, and analyze candidate data

3.Provide consistent recruitment updates to Regional Recruitment Managers and Hiring Managers

4.Request postings for all internal and external positions under company guidelines.

5.Work with Regional Recruitment Manager when career fairs are needed

6.Maintain the open positions reports and establish recruiting plans for cities needing assistance in the hiring process

7.Provide direction for recruiting efforts within the company; utilize a broad range of recruitment sources to meet staffing and EEO/Affirmative Action requirements

8.Assist local management with the execution of employee retention efforts

9.Ability to perform a SWAT analysis on assigned stations



  1. Treat all information as confidential

  2. Possess the tact to effectively deal with all levels of applicants, employees, management, and clients

  3. Maintain E-verify and I-9 process for all new hires

  4. Must be able to travel up to 30% with some overnight stays

  5. Other duties as assigned
