We are hiring a Recruiter to be part of our awesome Talent Acquisition team as strategic talent adviser and business partner. She or he will be responsible for providing the highest level of recruitment services to Ingram Micro leaders and associates across multiple states and locations in the county. We are hiring a passionate individual contributor, motivated to hire top talents and advance the Ingram Micro brand across numerous markets and communities.

This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers candidates and the community-at-large and work closely with leaders to define position requirements and evaluate candidates for skills match.

They will partner with HR and divisional leadership on workforce planning in order to maximize current staff and anticipate future needs.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment

  • Responsible for the end to end life cycle management of the recruitment function; which includes high levels of requisition volumes across all levels of professional hiring.

  • Partnering with Business Leaders to provide integrated staffing support for the client group.

Data Management & Data Mining

  • Partner with HR business partners to drive results to the next level, utilizing data and relevant recruitment metrics to ensure process improvement and using this information to identify trends, drive change, and assess overall business unit progress.

  • Consistently monitor and ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local Agencies.

  • Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws.

Employer Branding

  • Attend industry conferences and recruiting events (Industry & University).

  • Develop marketing/branding campaigns for the teams you support.

Customer Satisfaction (Internal & External)

  • Drives process improvements when needed in alignment with the hiring process and client satisfaction (i.e. Hiring Manager & Candidate)

Previous Experience:

  • Five to seven years previous recruitment experienced across all disciplines preferably for a supply chain, distribution, and logistics organization nd tech

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems

  • Very strong knowledge of operations and corporate work environments

  • Motivated toward individual and team goals and process improvements

  • Sharp analytic and outstanding problem-solving abilities.

  • Solid ability to develop the rapport with both clients and candidates

  • Education: Bachelor's degree

This position will work 8-12 hours weekly onsite at Buffalo General Hospital in Buffalo, NY. Pay for this opportunity is $15.00 per hour. This position is ideal for a college graduate-level or healthcare professional in a clinical role, seeking part-time work on our Healthcare Quality and Systems Improvement team to work on our Get With The Guidelines Programs. This position will combine client-focused responsibilities with data abstraction and analysis skills training. We are looking for applicants who possess technical aptitude and attention to detail. A degree in a related field and prior experience preferred. Your Key Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): * clinical data abstraction, entry and coordination with assigned hospital clinical team; * learn project database coding definitions and identify appropriate information sources from hospital records; * review clinical data collected from various sources for abstraction into project database; * maintain current HIPAA compliance training and adhere to ethical standards consistent with training; * prepare reports and analyses demonstrating progress, roadblocks, and appropriate recommendations for project success and/or conclusions as requested; * assist with development and implementation of regional systems for treating heart attack patients.
