This Field Recruiter role will focus on recruiting Sales Associate positions for our stores in a multi-state territory.
Fill high volume store based roles weekly
Must be focused on meeting recruiting targets while maintaining an excellent candidate experience
Must partner with internal client to deliver regular updates and superior service
2-5 years of recruiting experience in high volume staffing environment
Prior experience recruiting in high volume retail preferred
Experienced with Microsoft office and able to offer internal clients needed reports weekly
Must be goal and metrics focused with a drive to achieve needed business outcomes
Must have an excellent "bedside manner" with a focus on being a valued consultant to hiring managers
Experience identifying areas for process improvement and driving solutions
Strong sourcing skills needed to include social media, cold calling and creative recruiting techniques
Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus
Ability to travel as needed
Strong communication and computer skills needed
Bachelor's degree preferred
