This position will focus on developing and driving the recruiting program for specific Assembly Plants, and working closely with the Recruiting Department at our Headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. It requires monitoring and tracking the recruiting/hiring for each individual location, maintaining a list of recruiting contacts and resources, and staying abreast of recruiting best practices and technology changes. The successful candidate will facilitate the training of U-Haul's web based application program at all locations as needed.
We are looking for someone with a great attitude, excellent communication and presentation skills. This is a fast paced position that will require strong organizational skills, detail oriented, creative multi-tasking ability, and the ability to communicate effectively with military veterans.
3 - 4 plus years' experience in Recruiting/Staffing, Interviewing is required and, background in military recruiting is preferred and corporate recruiting experience is required.
Full knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
Positive attitude and high professionalism is a must. Experience in Workday is a plus.
