Our Opportunity: As an EPC and O&M Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our engineering, procurement, and construction projects, as well as operations and maintenance functions.
You’ll collaborate closely with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from requisition creation to candidate placement. Here are the key responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job requisitions. candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. interviews, assess qualifications, and recommend suitable candidates.
Pipeline Management: the job requisition pipeline, ensuring timely progress and alignment with annual hiring plans. a minimum of 20 requisitions at a time. offer letters and coordinate interview schedules for candidates at different levels. Collaboration: with hiring teams, providing regular updates on recruitment progress. strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Candidate Experience: a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. effectively with candidates, addressing their questions and concerns.
Data Management: accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. recruitment tools to manage candidate profiles and requisitions. Qualifications: degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required. experience as a recruiter, preferably in the EPC, or Construction industry. with engineering, construction, and project management terminology. communication and interpersonal skills.
