Dyson is looking for an energetic and committed Recruiter to join our newly formed America's High Volume Recruiting Team. The High Volume Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting a variety of customer service, call center and technical services roles in our Aurora, IL Contact Center and nationwide. They will develop strong partnerships with our hiring team, understanding their business objectives and supporting them in their efforts to source the best candidates in the market.


Provide full life cycle recruitment for customer service, call center and technical services roles

  • Provide hiring managers with high quality candidates to help drive business results

  • Develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to continually build a diverse pool of top-notch candidates for Dyson across sales and call center functions

  • Utilize various direct and creative sourcing channels including professional networking and social media sites, etc.

  • Proactively source passive candidates through a variety of networks

  • Screen resumes and conduct first line phone screens to make sound recommendations to hiring managers

  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with all candidates to keep them engaged through the hiring process

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders including a high level of communication on the process and status of open positions

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Managers to develop effective interview questions based on Dyson Values

  • Build relationships with key managers to partner on recruitment strategies

  • Report back to the business on the effectiveness of the recruitment process using KPI's

  • Continue to build employer brand awareness in the market through the Employer Value Proposition

  • Maintain legal compliance as it applies to employment/recruitment law specifically as it pertains to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Fulfill other duties as required

  • Relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role

  • Think outside of the box, identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Develop, track and analyze KPIs

  • Produce ad hoc reports as needed


  • 3+ years of experience working in a high volume or recruiting agency environment

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Call center and customer service recruiting experience is strongly preferred

  • Nationwide recruiting experience is desired

  • Ability to manage 20+ requirements at a time

  • Strong proficiency in all full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing, screening and on-boarding is required

  • Experience working in a metrics driven environment

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills

  • Creative and innovative thinker

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently required

  • Positive, 'can-do' approach and attitude with a natural customer service focus

  • Organized under pressure with the ability to meet strict deadlines

  • Ability to travel up to 15%

The Recruiter III acts as the primary point of contact for all hiring leaders within the National IT department and supports all hiring requests. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between candidates and hiring leaders keeping ALDI's core values in mind. As a Recruiter III you will be tasked to source, review, screen, qualify and submit technical candidates to internal hiring leaders, supported by an applicant tracking system. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for technical recruitment, maintain a high level understanding of technology (application and infrastructure), and have an ability to understand a candidate's technical depth within first point of contact. As you partner with your internal customers to support hiring demands in IT, the ideal candidate will need to help educate hiring leaders on market conditions and current trends that are taking place when seeking technical talent. The Recruiter III will be responsible for meeting hiring metrics set by HR, and provide guidance to hiring leaders to aid them in the selection process of a candidate. As this role supports hiring, you will be a part of the Human Resources (HR) team, and servicing Information Technology (IT). Candidate ownership will be essential in this role. The Recruiter III will deliver on full life cycle recruitment, focused on a best in class hiring experience (supporting candidates and hiring leaders). Position Type: Full-Time Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. * Recruits and submits qualified candidates to hiring leaders that meet the technical needs for the role. * Establishes and maintains strong relationships with hiring managers in order to understand the business and its recruitment needs; conducts regular follow-ups to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans. * Conducts hiring leader intake sessions to understand position requirements and set expectations. * Reviews, approves and posts open positions on internal and external job sites. * Reviews applicants daily that have applied by the applicant tracking system (ATS), and dispositions to appropriate status. * Conducts interviews in person and over the phone to determine position fit and skill-set match. * Provides feedback regarding candidate quality and sources. * Uses sourcing channels to identify candidates by using traditional and non-traditional methods. * Researches and recommends new recruiting sources for active and passive candidates. * Leads the recruiting and interviewing plan for selected open positions and executes the recruitment plan by aggressively recruiting well-qualified candidates from a variety of sources (i.e. sourcing). * Establishes and maintains a network of top level technical talent, establishing a candidate bench. * Manages the overall selection process to include: assessing candidates, screening resumes and/or candidates, scheduling interviews and interviewing. * Attends local college career fairs to promote open positions. * Proposes new solutions to leadership and executes approved initiatives. * Recommends improvements and enhancements to the recruitment life-cycle stage of selection. * Recommends process improvements for area of responsibility. * Delivers training or process updates to teams or entire departments (in person and virtually). * Provides ongoing reports to leadership in order to deliver metrics for business impacting decisions and people strategies. * Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership. * Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility. * Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field * A minimum of 3 years progressive experience in Technical Recruitment. * A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. * Prior Talent Management experience supporting Information Technology is strongly preferred. * A minimum of 3 years experience with full life cycle recruiting. * A minimum of 3 years experience recruiting for professional level positions - IT/Technical positions preferred. * A minimum of 3 years experience with candidate sourcing and data mining techniques. * A minimum of 3 years experience recruiting and supporting a corporate staffing model is preferred. * A minimum of 3 years experience conducting onsite behavioral based interviews. * A minimum of 3 years experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Preferred UltiPro. * A minimum of 3 years experience working with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
