Recruiter

CMRG is seeking a talented and driven Full-Time Contract Recruiter to oversee a key client contract in the tech industry. In this role, you will act as a strategic talent acquisition partner, driving end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract top-tier candidates for various technical roles.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and assisting with scheduling client interviews. Build and maintain strong relationships with the client’s hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver customized hiring strategies.

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and a streamlined hiring process. Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and provide regular progress updates to the client and CMRG leadership.

Stay informed about trends and developments in the tech industry to align recruiting efforts with market demands. Qualifications: Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within the tech industry or for technical roles. Strong ability to manage multiple open positions and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset. Proficiency in utilizing ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. Ability to work independently while aligning with the goals and values of both CMRG and the client.
