Job Overview

The Recruiter is an administrative position within BlackTree Healthcare Consulting, and will primarily be responsible for several key functions, including the execution of recruiting initiatives for the firm. While daily tasks may vary, the goal of this position is to firmly establish BlackTree Healthcare Consulting as a preferred employer in the Greater Philadelphia Region. This position will be based in Conshohocken, PA with expected travel requirements around 10%, and will report to the firms Human Resource Manager.


In this position, you will collaborate with the BlackTree leadership team to execute the firms recruitment strategies and manage full life-cycle recruiting. Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates
  • Utilizing the firms applicant tracking system
  • Creating/maintaining job descriptions and following standardized recruiting process
  • Assisting with university recruitment and relations, including attending career fairs and networking events
  • Generate weekly reports to update firm leadership about various recruiting initiatives, including pipeline management
  • Administrative HR tasks and other responsibilities as assigned


Interested candidates should have an outstanding intellectual capability, maturity and judgment. Successful candidates will meet the following expectations:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a corporate recruiting role with proven success in recruiting for various departments/levels of employees within an organization
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, basic employment law, and prior experience with Workable or other applicant tracking system
  • Ability to work independently
