In partnership with the Management Team, Human Resources Leadership team and HR Business Partners, this person will be responsible for developing and driving the talent acquisition strategy for Axis Communications in an assigned geography. You will serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner to hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience and a successful hiring process. You will be responsible for Full Lifecycle Recruiting, from candidate sourcing through selection and hiring. You will also serve as a regional speaking partner on select global initiatives related to talent acquisition. This role is based out of Chelmsford, MA and reports to the People Attraction and Development Lead.

What you'll do here as a Recruiter?
Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs
Partner with hiring managers to review job descriptions and write compelling job ads; define and train interview teams on best practices; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Create and manage job postings through Workday
Use social media channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed) to proactively source talent
Manage interview scheduling and applicant travel as needed
Manage vendor relationships including agencies and background screening
Collaborate with the hiring manager and other stakeholders during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details; deliver offers and close candidates; disposition candidates in Workday
Maintain recruiting metrics including cost per hire, time to fill, diversity, etc
Create and drive initiatives to improve time to fill and cost per hire
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
Provide weekly recruiting summaries to hiring managers and monthly reports to leadership
Manage Employee Referral Program
Create and manage the Internship Program
Attend recruiting events to promote Axis' employer brand
Develop and execute a robust College Recruiting Program
Who are we looking for/Who are you?
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation skills
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
We'd love to hear that you have/are:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
2-5 years in a recruiting role for a growing company
Experience in a sales or telemarketing position - a plus!
Workday HRIS experience - a plus!

Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this location and position is $80,000-90,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
