The Atlantic Group has partnered with a reputable technology company in Boston that is looking for a Recruiter to join their team This is contract to hire position. Looking for: 1-4 years of relevant experience Local- ability to commute to the Boston office on a hybrid schedule Job Description:

Proactively source and build relationships with passive candidates for various departments using a blend of high-volume email outreach, LinkedIn InMails, and phone engagement. Establish and maintain robust networks to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified engineering and sales talent. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including phone screening, interview scheduling, scorecard submission management, and handling offer approvals and calls.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, develop sourcing strategies, manage timelines, and craft job descriptions and interview plans. Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates, ensuring a high-touch experience and providing exceptional support throughout the hiring process. Partner with the recruiting team to review incoming resumes, streamline stage transitions, and ensure ATS data accuracy.

Engage and manage external search firms when necessary. Work closely with the VP of Talent on enhancing employer branding and advancing key recruitment initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 1 years of recruitment experience ATS experience
