Interview prospective candidates to evaluate potential and quality Efficiently conduct high-volume recruiting Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM (or other similar database) Conduct a high volume of selling aligned with business plans Formally present, pitch, and propose products and services to clients as solutions to established problems Conduct post-close administrative procedures Elicit confidence from prospects and leads Work on contract and contract to hire submittals Position Requirements: Must have a good work ethic Must be able to meet and/or exceed KPI’s Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Aptitude for identifying and finding solutions to challenges Possess a high attention to detail Bilingual is a plus but not required Array Corporation is the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how labor is bought, sold and delivered to enable universal access to the American Dream.
