Job Title: Senior Recruiter Location (city, state): Sugar Land, TX Pay: $75K - $80K 15% annual bonus Job Description:

The Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for high-volume roles, with a focus on call center positions. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source and interview candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, resume review, interviews, and offer negotiations Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements Maintain and update requisition reports, providing weekly progress updates Source candidates via multiple channels, including ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and social media Conduct interviews and manage the candidate screening process Collaborate with external staffing agencies and headhunters to fill difficult-to-fill roles Ensure compliance with company hiring procedures and interview best practices Assist with employer branding initiatives to promote the company as a top employer Support onboarding processes for new hires Qualifications: 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Prior experience recruiting for call center positions (healthcare experience preferred) Strong proficiency in ATS systems (UKG experience a plus) Additional Details: Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Location: Sugar Land, TX (Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 days remote after 60-90 days) Bonus: 15% annual performance-based bonus If you're a motivated recruiter looking for an opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic organization, we encourage you to apply today
