Contract Recruiter (3-6 Months) - Hybrid (Leawood, KS) Location: Leawood, KS (Hybrid, 3-4 days in-office initially) Duration: 3-6 months About the Role:

We are a rapidly growing organization in the education technology and healthcare industry, seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 3-6 month contract. In this role, you’ll manage a high volume of recruitment activities for specialized positions in sales, technology, and healthcare education. If you’re adept at sourcing and engaging candidates and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this opportunity could be a great fit for you Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment for up to 12 open positions at a time, focusing on roles in sales, technology, nurse educators, and education technology. Source, screen, and engage candidates through various recruitment tools, social media channels, and professional networks. Effectively communicate the company’s mission and values to candidates, emphasizing our forward-looking initiatives and growth.

Contribute to improving the time-to-hire by executing efficient and organized recruiting processes. Collaborate with team members across departments to address the most urgent hiring needs. Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience:

Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally with a background in education technology or healthcare. Specialty Focus: Background in healthcare education technology or recruitment in niche fields, particularly nurse educators and health edtech . Skills:

Proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in effective communication with candidates and stakeholders. Location Requirement: This hybrid position requires the ability to work in-office in Leawood, KS, 3-4 days per week initially, with flexibility as needed.
