As a Recruiter 2, you will manage the talent acquisition process by developing and executing sound recruiting strategies and providing the technical expertise on how to identify and obtain the talent necessary to facilitate organizational growth and development.

What You Will Do

  • Leads hiring managers and hiring teams through the recruiting/talent acquisition process; works along with Sourcer to identify talent needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.

  • Formulates recruiting strategies and goals.

  • Analyzes and tracks staffing and business unit trends; makes appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the organization.

  • Advises hiring managers and HR representatives on recruiting policies and regulations; works to clarify and resolve recruiting questions or problems.

  • Maintains accurate and organized documentation on all recruiting activities.

  • Leverages online recruiting resources, social media outlets and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify and recruit qualified candidates.

  • Prepares recruiting timeline and coordinates the activities of the recruiting team; ensures that recruiting process progresses on schedule.

  • Reviews the resumes and credentials of candidates ensuring that the skills, experience and competencies meet the minimum qualifications of the position.

  • Presents qualified candidates to hiring managers and department leaders for evaluation.

  • Functions as a member of the candidate interview team; uses behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.

  • Oversees the post-interview debrief/feedback with the interview team and candidates.

  • Collaborates with hiring managers, human resources representatives and the compensation department to finalize offers of employment.

  • Ensures that employment offer letters state the correct agreed terms of hire.

  • Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques.

  • Ensures that recruiting activities are in compliance with corporate and government regulatory agencies, including OFCCP and EEOC guidelines.

  • Balances planning efforts with day to day demands.

What You Will Need

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.

  • Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of corporate or agency recruiting, sourcing or human resources experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or MBA degree plus 1 year of corporate or agency recruiting, sourcing or human resources experience.

  • Experience managing projects.

  • Skilled in written and oral communication.

  • Required to travel by air and automobile.

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of full lifecycle corporate or agency recruiting, sourcing or human resources experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Technologically curious and savvy, strong consumer of social media and mobile applications.

  • Experience with OFCCP compliance recruiting.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Experience managing demands and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.

  • Experience presenting new recruiting concepts to leadership.

The Portfolio Manager 2 is a credit support position focused on managing a large and very complex credit portfolio of middle market account relationships within the Regional Commercial Banking Office (RCBO). The RCBO typically works with customers with revenues from $50MM to $1BN. The portfolio is robust, complex, and diversified with a customer base in Food and Ag including production ag, processors, manufacturers as well as customers in the commercial and industrial space. General responsibilities include: * working with senior management, relationship managers and credit to originate, monitor and grow middle market relationships * specifically accountable for credit underwriting and origination, portfolio monitoring, renewals and annual reviews, coordination of pricing, and for revenue growth, cross-sell and relationship profitability * manages and promotes the maintenance of a portfolio that adheres to all applicable credit policies and compliance requirements * works with clients directly to understand credit needs and represents the bank in developing and maintaining client relationships * may have revenue generation goals * may periodically assist with office risk management duties and managing overall account relationships. This position will be located in Modesto supporting the RCBO and its Relationship Managers as well as reporting to a Loan Team Manager. The territory includes customers from Modesto to Monterey to the Oregon border, excluding Sacramento and Chico. Occasional travel is required. Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions.
