Virtua provides services through Virtua Medical Group with 302 physicians and other clinicians, and at its urgent care centers, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, health and wellness centers, fitness centers, home health services, long-term care, rehabilitation centers and paramedic program.
A leader in maternal and child health services, Virtua delivers nearly 8,000 babies a year. It provides health services to 1,500 businesses, and participates in Virtua Physician Partners, a clinically integrated network of 1,400 physicians and other clinicians.
Virtua is affiliated with Penn Medicine for cancer and neuroscience and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) for pediatrics.

Total Weekly Hours:
Facilitates both large and small group activities to include in-room programming and sensory stimulation based on resident assessment.
Strives to involve all residents in mental, cognitive, physical, and spiritual activities to maintain independence and enhance quality of life.
Attends care conference on a quarterly, annual and as needed basis and develops appropriate therapeutic activities and behavioral interventions, in order to support the care plan goals for each specific resident.
Plans, develops, and implements therapeutic activities as assigned for all levels of functioning. Sets up activity areas appropriately.
Transports residents safely. Maintains clean work areas and returns equipment after use.
Records all necessary documentation in resident's medical chart including recreational assessment, activity section on MDS, interventions and care plans and progress notes as needed.
Pursues and participates in interdepartmental collaboration, including site committees. Shares new ideas and offers feedback on programming.
High School Diploma or GED.
MEPAP I activity course preferred, must obtain within one year of employment.
