What We're Looking For:
Education and Experience Needed:
As the Associate Manager of Recreation and Gaming (P1) you will need the following:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
some experience in a bowling center
Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
As the Manager of the Recreation and Gaming (P2) you will need the following:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Two (2+) years of experience in bowling center or/and ESports/Gaming management or related field
Skills Needed:
Bowling Pro Shop Services
Thorough knowledge of ESports and competitive gaming, specifically collegiate
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills including outstanding customer service experience
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, design creative solutions, and apply critical thinking; ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies; flexibility
Ability to:
work independently and as part of a team
supervise student employees
service Qubica AMF 82-70 XLi Edge machines and Kegel Kustodian Ion lane machine or related equipment
handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
Additional Information:
