Recovery Resource Center Opioid Program Assistant VISTA

Navigating our community's substance abuse treatment system can be overwhelming. The Recovery Resource Center is a collaborative initiative dedicated to simplifying that process by providing a central point of information.

To increase access to substance use treatment in Alabama, the Recovery Resource Center's AmeriCorps VISTA position will work to provide new capacity to the program by engaging with clients daily while also maintaining and developing various projects. Member Duties : The VISTA will directly engage with clients daily by providing support to the RRC's Administrative Coordinator and Peer Specialists. They will also assess client needs to develop new projects and maintain existing ones. We will be onboarding members on August 1st and 15th.
