The Project Coordinator assists in scope of work tracking and coordination, project reporting, document/vendor coordination, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure successful project execution. LEMOINE specializes in project and construction management, disaster recovery coordination, hazard mitigation and grant management, staff augmentation, and preparedness support for government, commercial, non-profit, and residential clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Management in each project, defining the projects goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Assist Supervisors at jobsites with the coordination of materials, equipment, manpower and safety requirement to ensure project success.

  • Coordinate with clients and applicant processing.

  • Meet requirements for equipment rentals and company equipment/tools.

  • Assists the project team in reviewing and maintaining the schedule.

  • Coordinate internal and external contractors or trades onsite as required.

  • Prepare schedules and complete all documents for all activities onsite.

  • Monitor and integrate status updates from correspondence, meetings, and status reports.

  • Track and document daily completed work quantities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 - 3 years related construction project work experience. (Disaster experience preferred)

  • Working knowledge of project planning and scheduling for construction trades (all disciplines).

  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, project management, estimating, and scheduling software programs.

  • Proven skills in the areas of math, excellent teamwork, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
