Pattern is a growing e-commerce accelerator that provides brand partners with a suite of comprehensive services to market, sell, and fulfill their products in the online marketplace. As Pattern evolves, the demands for a robust circular supply chain must increase in complexity, by increasing recovery opportunities. The primary warehouse operation in the U.S. is based in Hebron, KY, but this role will also own the global program for Recovery Improvement. Pattern HQ is based in Lehi, Utah.

What is a day in the life of a Recovery Operations Analyst?
Regular multi-day trips to our Hebron warehouse location, where the bulk of U.S. customer returns are handled.
Development of reporting to establish key insights into operational trends and product retrieval.
Establishing and maintaining external relationships with liquidators, freight service providers, and disposal vendors.
Building strong relationships with internal operations teams to understand the inputs of the process that lead to downstream destinations.
Building strong relationships with our corporate office partners in Lehi, UT
Driving new methods of cost recovery while maximizing existing channels for our brand partners.
Engage in regular meetings or calls with key stakeholders to discuss ongoing projects and address any concerns or issues.
Use data analysis tools and software to generate reports and presentations showcasing insights into landfill diversion efforts and performance metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and compliance with established procedures and protocols.
Collaborate with colleagues from various departments, including supply chain, sustainability, and operations, to integrate recovered products back into the supply chain or explore alternative reuse/recycling options.
Participate in cross-functional meetings or working groups to share insights, exchange ideas, and coordinate efforts related to waste management and sustainability initiatives.

What will I need to thrive in this role?
5+ years of experience in reverse logistics
Bachelor's degree - Supply Chain Management a plus, MBA or Masters a plus
Continuous improvement, or quantifiable improvement results in throughput or recovery / landfill avoidance.
Strong data management skills
Ability to create queries, technical diagrams or mock-ups, and gather, analyze, and make conclusions from often fragmented data
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, mostly to our Hebron, KY warehouse
Electronics repair experience, Reused materials management a plus
A high degree of self management and planning to set goals, create inventive KPIs, and the objectives to achieve them

Within the first 90 days, you'll start building the foundation for the role, contributing to streamlining processes and improving operational recovery.
