Recovery Coach Navigator
This is a full time position working 40 hours per week. Working days are Monday

The Recovery Coach Navigator is an important member of the Arbour Hospital's Partial Hospitalization multidisciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities
Supervises and provides support to the Recovery Coaches
Provide peer recovery support services to patients with substance use disorder (SUD) and will assist patients in achieving sustained recovery
Support the voices and choices of the members they support, minimalizing the power differentials as much as possible
Facilitate patient access to recovery-oriented substance use disorder treatment, resources, and community recovery groups
Maintain ongoing patient support regardless of relapse and will serve as a motivator, ally, role model, problem-solver, and advocate for patients with substance use disorders
Possess thorough understanding of community culture to address the barriers to successful recovery, better tailor health messages, and provide links to community resources and treatment options

Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred prior experience working with a female patient population
1 year prior recovery coach or related experience required
