Title: Recovery Coach II

Job Duties: The Recovery Coach II will assume the responsibilities of Recovery Coach (entry-level mental health worker), as well as coordination of operations and necessary communications during the shift. These duties will be performed in compliance with the mission, philosophy, and policies of Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. (Crestwood). Recovery Coach II will actively participate in and adhere to all organizational and departmental goals and objectives. They are instrumental in the mentorship and growth of Staff as well as the coaching philosophy of strength-based. Other duties may be assigned as needed by the Director of Nursing Services, Program / Clinical Director, or Designee.

Schedule:

  • Full Time PM or NOC
  • On Call

Qualifications:

  • One year of employment as a Recovery Coach at Crestwood

  • One year of recovery coach may be substituted by an associate degree in the social sciences with a minimum of one year experience in behavioral health.

  • Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.

  • Minimum of two years clinical/recovery experience as applicable in a psychiatric setting.

  • In the absence of two years' experience, training may be substituted. This training will be based on, but not limited to, the in-service plan for 52 hours.

About the Campus: Crestwood's Sonoma County Healing Center provides an alternative to traditional psychiatric care through collaboration, empowerment, a healing environment, peer providers, family partners, and a recovery-oriented milieu. Our PHF program provides the structure and support needed to promote stabilization and foster recovery. Our goals are to restore a sense of hope, self-empowerment and realized potential of recovery in each of our clients and to provide a transition plan to enable a successful return to their community.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$23-$25 USD
