Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced subrogation professional. The candidate for this position will be responsible for investigating, negotiating, and resolving, primarily, auto physical damage subrogation claims. • Conduct thorough investigations to determine liability and subrogation potential. • Gather evidence and collaborate with internal and external parties to build a strong subrogation case. • Negotiate settlements with responsible parties, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders to recover funds for the company. • Provide guidance and support to claims adjusters and other team members in subrogation-related matters. • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all subrogation activities, including correspondence, negotiations, and settlements. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to subrogation claims handling. • Collaborate with legal counsel and participate in arbitration and other legal proceedings as needed. • Utilize the E-Subro Hub and Arbitration Forums system to resolve subrogation claims where possible.
