Primary Responsibilities
Process outgoing official transcript requests
Process grade change requests
Process permanent record updates (address, name change, citizenship, social security number)
Process billing for transcript requests
Review and data entry of transcript information - domestic, military, and international
Review and updating of transfer equivalency tables
Assist with correspondence related to domestic, military, and international transcript processing
Assists customers with inquiries through a comprehensive understanding of Registrar's Office and University processes and procedures
Provide administrative support as needed to Assistant Registrar of Transfer Articulation
High school diploma or GED
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Access
Demonstrated ability to learn different and new technologies
Experience using email programs
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to handle difficult interactions with diplomacy, tact and in a confidential manner
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette)
Work history that emphasizes an understanding of customer service and reflects an ability to work with high volume of telephone and customer contacts
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
Demonstrated ability to synthesize information to make independent decisions with minimal supervision
Ability to interact effectively with faculty, staff, students and the public
