We are seeking a Records Keeper (CM Technical Specialist 1) to join our San Antonio, TX team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Telephone etiquette, communication strategies and use of basic office equipment.

• Follow verbal and written instructions.

• Enters and retrieves data.

• Maintains project files/records/logs and systems.

• Drive to deliver/pick up confidential or time sensitive correspondence.

• Reviewing Daily Work reports and Calculations.

• Able to interpret contract requirements.

• Preparing invoices.

• Compile Monthly Reports for Company/Client Data Reporting.

• Assist in Asset Tracking/Management.

• Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.
