Reconstruction Team Coordinator

Kustom US has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Reconstruction Team Coordinator in California! This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and be a part of an organization that values radical transparency and rewards strong work ethic.

Position Type: Full Time; Entry-Level

Office Location: 1070 Horizon Drive Suite B, Fairfield CA 94533

Hourly Pay Range: $22.00-26.00; Negotiable, based on education & experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM

Core Responsibilities:

• Interact compassionately with homeowners and communicate transparently with all stakeholders.

• Actively participate in, and track claims/projects, from the initial call to the job's completion.

• Coordinates projects, including changes, progress, and job flow with the Project Manager and clients.

• Maintain accurate records and provide weekly reports to Superintendents/Project Managers/Estimators

• Comparing monthly credit card statements and adding to Concur.

• Participate in all safety meetings.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree or higher a plus!
• 2 years of administrative experience required without higher education; construction/restoration experience a plus!
• Experience with Concur a plus!
• Strong computer skillset, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook email.
