The Associate Reconciliation Analyst (ARA) is responsible for ensuring MHA members have access to eligible contract pricing though authorized MHA Wholesalers and Distributors. The ARA coordinates with MHA Wholesalers & Distributors, Sales Teams, Internal Operations Teams, and Trade Relations to ensure the following:
Vendor contracts are properly loaded.
Members are correctly attached to contracts.
Contract pricing or member eligibility issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
An essential part of this position is to analyze Wholesaler & Distributor sales data to proactively identify, research, and resolve contract pricing and member eligibility issues.
What You'll Be Doing:
Consult daily with wholesalers/distributors to confirm that new members, member changes, new contracts and changes to existing contracts are accurately loaded in the wholesalers'/distributors' systems.
Generate sales discrepancy reports to analyze and identify member eligibility, contract pricing issues, and resolve discrepancies.
Prioritize issues based on urgency and member sales impact.
Respond to inquiries from the sales teams regarding member eligibility, contract loads, account status, and account activity.
Coordinate with the Membership team to obtain vendor confirmation of member's contract eligibility status to facilitate member's access to contract pricing via wholesalers/distributors and resolve vendor blocks.
Coordinate with the Contract Management Team to resolve vendor contract product and pricing issues and discrepancies at the wholesalers/distributors.
Manage and maintain Remedy Force tickets which contain records and follow-up activities for open and resolved discrepancies.
Produce ad hoc reports and summarize findings and trends in data, as requested by Management and other internal departments.
Competencies:
Bachelor's degree /Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel (Pivot Tables, v-lookup), Word, and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; clearly and effectively communicating complex analysis results, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to prioritize work and function with minimal guidance.
Professional demeanor in performing job responsibilities and when interacting with others.
Attendance and punctuality with commitment to arrive at work on time and ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent.
