Our client, a transactional and business law boutique, is seeking a Receptionist/Office Manager for its office in Boulder. This position is part-time (20 to 25 hours to start) with a possibility to grow into full-time. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of administrative tasks, navigate different software programs, learn quickly from the team and law firm culture, and be committed to the job and the firm.
Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook
Be highly organized, reliable and resourceful;
Positive attitude and polished/professional presentation;
Possess strong oral and written communication skills;
Project management experience.
