We are offering a part-time position for a Receptionist/Office Assistant needed in our company.
We need someone as soon as possible to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and every other Monday between the hours of 10 am- 5 pm with one hour for lunch. (24 hours one week, 32 hours the next.) Occasionally you may be asked to fill-in on a Friday or Saturday if another employee is out, but that is not frequent. There is a possibility this job will develop into a full-time position in the future.
MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF RECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE/RECEPTION/ADMIN WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Our office is currently seeking a reliable, punctual, organized, detail oriented, and motivated professional team player who is able to multitask in a very fast-paced, high-volume work environment. Our practice accepts only caring individuals who understand and provide the highest standard of care to our diverse Customers.
The perfect candidate for the position must display an energetic personality and upbeat communication skills; possess computer experience; take direction well; and learn very quickly. Must be able to integrate well with other employees.
You will learn to participate in all areas of the practice, including opening and closing duties; greeting everyone; signing customers in and out; collecting fees; answering phones; e-mailing and faxing; scheduling appointments; light office cleaning; as well as other general office duties. Accurate typing and filing skills are necessary.
