Part-time Receptionist/Door Screener

Great opportunity for a Receptionist/Door Screener at Granite City Nursing and Rehabilitation, LLC!

Under the direction of the Executive Director or Administrative Assistant, assumes

responsibility for the clerical operations of the Facility.

Essential Duties

1.Demonstrates ability to adjust to changes in unit / shift assignments to meet

Facility needs.

2.Responsible for telephone, intercom, and paging system operations.

3.Performs typing and computer work for all departments, requiring general

knowledge of all departmental operations.

4.Processes mail for residents and delivers it to their rooms. Sorts Facility mail and

puts in appropriate mail boxes.

5.Maintains rolodex, resident list, and resident mail instructions.

6.Assists visitors when appropriate and verifies the visitors sign-in log.

Qualifications:

• Possess a high school degree

• General clerical experience preferred

• Is able to demonstrate knowledge of office machines and equipment.

• Must possess proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills; decision-making skills, basic computer skills; and be able to operate various types of office equipment.

• Must demonstrate knowledge of safety techniques.
