Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

All Tex Staffing is recruiting for a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative in the Cypress, Texas area. 

Your focus will be providing customer service excellence. You will be managing sales orders, responding to order status inquiries, and generally keeping all our orders flowing smoothly. You will be the primary point of contact for the customer after the purchase order has been received.This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a career with an employer who values your strong character, stable lifestyle, and dedicated work ethic.

Duties:

• Great attention to detail.
• Answering phones, transferring to the correct department and greeting customers
• Proficient with basic computer software, must have QuickBooks
• Must have Manufacturing experience.
• Aptitude for creating and maintaining an organized workflow.
• Highly autonomous. This role requires a self-starter who is capable of sufficiently managing their own time.
• Engaged and able to participate in high-trust team building with peers and other Maddox teams.
• Savvy with modern software. Our CRM, inventory system, and quotation tools are all built upon modern, collaborative, web-based systems. (Other experience with ERP platforms is a plus.) If you are not great with computers, this is not a role for you.
• Keyboarding skills are essential. (at least 45 WPM)
• Fantastic communication skills. (Both verbal and written) You will need to maintain numerous email conversations daily. If your grammar is poor and you are slow at composing emails, you will struggle in this role.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service experience within the manufacturing industry
• Order entry experience
• Excel knowledge required
• ERP/SAP/CRM experience a plus
• Must have QuickBooks
• Must be bilingual
