Trinity Industries is searching for a Receptionist in our Dallas, TX office. We are seeking administrative support for the Business Services department within the corporate campus. This individual will be answering the main switchboard, will also need to be flexible in daily tasks for various department activities.
What you'll do"
Manage incoming and outgoing phone and email communications.
Interface with customers and maintain internal and external relationships.
Collect and compile information (i.e. conference room setups).
Will work on internal TSM system to assign and delegate, as well as track and close tickets.
File, fax, open and distribute mail and ordered supplies.
Coordinates responsibilities and activities with team members.
Adheres to the company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature.
Support executive administrative assistants.
Plan and schedule meetings.
Prepare presentation material.
Maintain contact list/department portal page.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Provide general support to visitors.
Submit and reconcile expense reports.
Assist with pool car request.
Other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
High School Diploma.
2-5 years of related administrative experience.
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems.
Have an outgoing and customer service orientated mindset.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast pace environment.
Basic to intermediate MS Office Suite Skill.
Keen ability to work independently.
Maintain flexibility with daily responsibilities.
Demonstrates to be detail oriented in their work.
