Job Description: SUMMARY:
Tuesday and Thursday 4:00pm
8:00pm and every other weekend 8:00am
Answer, direct and/or respond to all phone calls in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
Take telephone messages accurately and distribute regularly and in a courteous and professional manner.
Perform routine typing, correspondence and other clerical duties as requested.
Greet guests, residents, and associates and direct them to the appropriate resident or associate.
Respond to security system (pull-cards, etc.) quickly and appropriately.
Record resident requests for transportation, work orders salon appointments, etc.
Maintain Front Desk Log Book, supplies, and front desk condition in an orderly manner.
Handle all marketing telephone inquires and drop-ins by the community's established guidelines.
Maintain resident sign in/out log.
Ensure lobby refreshments are available during specified hours.
Maintain Application Flow Log.
Maintain a clean and neat office environment.
Track Work Orders on Excel spreadsheet.
Maintain Sales Receipts Log.
Perform assigned security tasks throughout the shift as necessary.
Provide relief for other associates for meal periods and breaks throughout the shift.
Assist with Valet Parking.
Respond to Maintenance emergencies as necessary throughout the shift.
