Leveraging machine learning models that track real-time data, monitor trends and predict hiring behavior, we're able to help companies grow their teams with more accuracy, speed, and compatibility. We're currently working with over 4,000 companies of all sizes, ranging from Fortune 500 giants to startups based out of co-working spaces.
The Vettery team has grown rapidly, going from 25 to over 240 in the past 18 months. As we continue to experience such hypergrowth, we're looking to hire a Receptionist, to welcome guests and support our beautiful new office space at 26th and Park Ave. As a member of the People Team, you will be a key part of the company brand and bring positive energy to our office.
A little more about what you will do:
Welcome visitors and direct foot traffic efficiently
Oversee the receipt and organization of incoming mail and packages
Support our world-class recruiting team by coordinating on-site interviews and scheduling conference rooms via Google Calendar
Be an ambassador of the Vettery brand, assisting the Office Operations Manager with any events and projects we have
Be a constant source of positive energy for our awesome team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills that positively represent the Vettery brand
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
