Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital (LBHH) is a brand new 126 bed inpatient psychiatric hospital that opened in July 2018. The facility is a joint venture between Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine and Universal Health Services.

LBHH will be a six unit facility that provides highly specialized services which includes multi-disciplinary teams providing high quality, innovative, and evidence based care to adolescents and adults.

Essential Job Duties:
Answer and respond to incoming telephone calls promptly and in a pleasant, courteous and clear manner.
Demonstrate knowledge of hospital emergency code response procedures.
Provide routine hospital-related information to callers and visitors.
Sign for, receive, and route incoming mail, including courier deliveries.
Provide back-up clerical support to other departments.
Greet and respond to applicants for employment.
Consistently engages and interacts with our patients and their families by using the treatment principles of Trauma Responsive Care.
Strong customer service skills
Previous experience as a receptionist in a fast paced environment
High school diploma or GED equivalent
This is a day shift position with the potential of an occasional evening shift. This position also requires every third weekend work.
