Description:

Mercy Medical Center is looking for a Clerk Receptionist to join our Radiology Team. The Clerk Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients.

What you will do:

• Greeting patients and administering check- in and registration

• Answers multi-line phone and triages calls.

• Scheduling appointments and procedures for exams and procedures

• Completes a variety of clerical and data entry assignments.

• Creates and maintains a professional, caring and customer-oriented environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 1 years' experience in healthcare preferred.

• Excellent computer abilities.

• Excellent written, oral communication and customer service skills.

• Familiarity with medical terminology.

• Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously.
