This is a TEMPORARY position
The Receptionist will greet our valued customers (on the phone and in person) in a calm, friendly and professional manner; then transfer the call to, or request lobby assistance from the appropriate company personnel. This position will answer a high volume of customer calls.
Receptionist will also be responsible for restocking coffee, soda, water and candy supplies each morning, also making sure courier bags to our regional offices are mailed out and when call volume permits assist with volunteer projects that provide great internal customer service to other staff members and departments. Requirements Selected candidate must have a very positive customer service attitude and friendly, yet professional demeanor. Excellent verbal communication skills in English; phone and teamwork skills are required.
Knowledge of a PC and Microsoft Outlook is a must and knowledge of Word and Excel a plus. Must be able to maintain a calm, positive and professional manner in a fast paced environment, even with difficult customers. Prefer a candidate who has had experience in handling a busy switchboard with calls transferred to multiple departments.
Experience in the Health Insurance Industry, a medical office and/or customer service a plus. Bi-lingual in Spanish is very beneficial for this position. Apply On-line Send This Job to a Friend
