Receptionist
Terry's Heating & Air Conditioning's administrative team is growing! We are looking to add a highly qualified, customer focused Receptionist to our office staff. You will be working in a fast paced environment with supportive colleagues and management who offer great benefits.
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, some overtime
Pay: Depending on Experience
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, 401k.
Primary Job Function: Responsible for handling customer calls and routing to the appropriate department or paging personnel as necessary. To give office support to entire company as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills. Assist customers in our retail showroom as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Self starter that's eager to learn
High school diploma or its equivalent
2+ years relevant experience
Superior customer service skills
Professional communication; written and verbal
Well organized and the ability to work independently
Proficient computer skills
Ability to multi task and strong attention to detail
Capable of working in a fast paced environment
Collaborates well with others
