What is JetZero?

Today's aircraft contribute around 2.5% of global CO2 emissions, equivalent to the emissions of 200 million cars. This is only going to increase: Air travel is forecasted to double by 2050, while meaningful efficiency gains using current airplanes have hit a wall.

JetZero is developing a blended wing aircraft. It uses 50% less fuel and can accommodate zero-emission hydrogen propulsion. JetZero is the inevitable solution to sustainable air travel.

This is why we're hiring a Receptionist.

JetZero is a place for people who are ambitious, talented, and humble. This role is based in Long Beach, CA reporting to the General Manager, Long Beach.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the company's first point of contact for our employees, visitors and investors.

• Greet guests and facilitate visitor check-in.

• Coordinate with security to ensure guests have the correct level of access and maintain visitor logs.

• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.

• Process and distribute mail.

• Partner with facilities team to ensure maintenance partners are meeting deliverables.

• Serve as POC for conference room scheduling and provide support for meetings as needed.

• Partner with Executive Administrative Assistant to coordinate onsite meal catering for meetings.

• Occasionally work after regular work hours.

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 5 years' experience in a receptionist or customer service role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• High degree of professionalism and tact when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Hourly range: $22.50 - $28.00
