Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. • Maintain and strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day. • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. • Actively participate in hands-on learning and coaching to become an industry expert.
