Sodexo is seeking a Receptionist for a Corporate Services account in New York City. This account is a high-end, boutique financial firm in Midtown and this Receptionist will assist with the needs of conference services totaling approximately $1M in managed volume with a building population of 250 guests.
This Receptionist will:
During times of slower activity this Receptionist will support the Conference Services Manager and Assistant Floor Captain with their duties. The receptionist will typically work a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays with a typical start time of 8:00 am.
Successful candidates for this position will have a hospitality background in luxury hotels, guest services, or a concierge-level environment.

Greets visitors, notifies person/department of visitor's arrival, responds to visitor's needs and directs visitor to appropriate location. Operates telephone switchboard to route calls to the appropriate party. May be responsible for other central functions such as conference room schedules and visitor security cards.
