DESCRIPTION: *In addition to their administrative tasks, the School Receptionist is responsible for monitoring the main entrance and regulating access to the building. They will also assist with ordering of school/office supplies and assist the Vice Principal in all clerical duties pertaining to student discipline

QUALIFICATIONS: *High school diploma or equivalent *Minimum of (1) years work experience in a clerical capacity preferred *Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication and interpersonal skills *Knowledge of Infinite Campus, AESOP and Microsoft Office applications preferred *Knowledge of office methods, practices, and equipment *Must be able to multi-task *Demonstrate proficiency in oral and written communication and interpersonal skills *Demonstrate ability to positively interact with parents, public and colleagues

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $29,275.-$31,489. (MEA 10/B Secretarial Guide)
