The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other organization guests.

Cirks Construction Inc. (CCI), dba KDC Construction, offers a competitive salary/hourly range of $19.00 to $21.00 an hour - reflective of the candidate's experience and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees:

Essential Job Functions

  • Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each persons visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location.

  • Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.

  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.

  • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.

  • Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.

  • Responsible for working safely, both for self-protection and protection of co-workers, by supporting all Company safety efforts.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.

  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient with computers and familiar with Microsoft Software Suite.

  • Demonstrates strong conflict resolution and negotiating skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Must be able to multi-task, have strong attention to detail, and have excellent time management skills to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

  • Able to identify a need, remove the barriers, and know how to make things happen.

  • Values diversity of ideas, opinions, and people. Has good common sense and applied logic.

  • Must possess or be able to obtain an appropriate state drivers license before employment, along with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
