Responsibilities and Qualifications

The Receptionist is a very crucial position at the corporate office as they are the first person a client meets as they walk in. The Receptionist must ensure an amazing initial impression by greeting clients, offering hospitality, and introducing them to the appropriate member based on their needs.

  • Must be able to drive and operate vehicle

  • Greet clients as they enter the office and offer hospitality

  • Determine clients' needs and locate appropriate member to assist

  • Introduce client to appropriate member

  • Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process and use the program to achieve client satisfaction

  • Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies and adhere to the requirements

  • Follow other administrative duties that may be assigned

  • Experience using Microsoft Office

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age

  • Must have a valid driver's license and meet company MVR policy requirements

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)

Benefits Pay and Recognition: * Weekly pay * Paid training Responsibilities and Qualifications The purpose of the Accounting Admin/File Clerk is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. * Scan all required documents into One View * Maintain and deliver the Exception report for One View to Assistant Controller/Office Manager * Purge all files required * Work on special projects as assigned * Maintain and deliver the un-matched scans report for One View to Assistant Controller/Office Manager * Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Securities Policy and adhere to its requirements * Attend department meetings as needed * Other duties as assigned * High School or General Education Degree (GED); and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience * Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook * Must be at least eighteen years of age * Must have a valid driver's license and meet company MVR policy requirements * Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test) Asbury Automotive Irving TX
