Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist Schedule:

Santa Rosa Post Acute is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our facility. In this role, you'll play a key part in creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for our residents and their visitors. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome residents, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor.

Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner. Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and welcoming. Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating services for residents.

Handle inquiries and provide information about the facility and its services. Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence. Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for residents and visitors.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working with senior citizens. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and handle a variety of administrative duties.

Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email). Positive attitude, patience, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.
