JOB SUMMARY: Seeking a full time receptionist for our growing Grand Rapids office!
Main point of contact between the office and the public, clients, and other employees. Manage incoming calls, welcome visitors, prepare/receive shipments, and perform all other office administrative duties. ESSENTIAL/REQUIRED FUNCTIONS:
Answer all incoming calls and route accordingly, or take accurate messages. Maintain security awareness. Maintain Conference Room scheduling.
Responsible for tidiness of the Reception Area, Conference Rooms, and other areas of the building as needed. Review, verify and route invoices for processing. Screen and log all prospect calls for sales.
Screen all telemarketing calls. Prepare shipments, track packages, and accept/distribute all deliveries. Greets all visitors and clients.
Order office supplies as needed. Complete office administrative projects and other duties as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years as a receptionist or administrative assistant; experience with a multi-line phone system preferred.
Must be professional, multi-tasked oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality. Strong written & verbal communication. Detail-oriented, flexible, and strong interpersonal skills.
